Tina is a Stonington High School graduate where she earned All-State honors in lacrosse. She graduated from Lasell College as a four year lacrosse player with a Bachelors of Science in Sports Science.

Tina is a Certified Persoanl Trainer and is currently finishing her requirements to become a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
